New Groups
Small Groups meet for a while, then dismantle, then re-group, primarily because of people's schedules. If you would like to host a group, please contact us! Think outside the box - you could meet in a restaurant, school cafeteria, mall, library, or home. You could be an itinerant group; you could meet early, very late, mid-day, or even in the middle of the night. A few friends in a safe place where they can invite others - worshipping, praying, studying the Bible, supporting each other in practical ways, having fun = Small Group. Parents Helping Parents
Previously called "Parents Anonymous" this group is an opportunity for free child care and support and there is an opportunity for prayer. It is a strictly confidential group facilitated by a social worker. The group meets at ICC on Mondays from 12:30PM to 2:00PM. For details Call 1-800-632-8188.
BYO Lunch (Tuesday 12:00PM - 1:30PM, at ICC)
Led by John Hunt. A Bible study and prayer group for 50's and up. Just show up with your lunch!
ICC Do-It Anyway Band Practice And Small Group (Thursday 7:00PM - 8:30PM, at ICC)
The ICC Do-It Anyway Band is open to all ages and abilities. Haven't played in years? Do it anyway for God's glory. Bring your instrument or your voice, or just come and listen. We have sooooo much fun!
Friday Artists Group (Friday 2:00PM - 3:00PM, at ICC)
Led by Cathy Bobroff Cleaves. An art group for adults. Bring your own art project and supplies and work with others in a relaxed environment.
Young Adults Group (Friday Evenings)
Led by Perry Tjondro. Contact Perry for locations.
Men's Group (1st and 3rd Saturday 9:00AM - 10:00AM, at ICC)
For men of all ages to fellowship together. Bring your own coffee and donut.
Prayer And Worship In Chelsea (Varying Times And Locations)
Led by Jeannot Mukuna, in Lingala and French. Come by the church on Sunday morning to meet Jeannot or stop by the church thursday afternoons for contact information.
Youth Group (Sunday 11:30AM - 12:30AM, at ICC)
Led by Jonathan Hill. For teens and pre-teens, the group meets Sundays after church and at special events.
Rock Shows (see ICC/MLE Concerts Page)
For teens and young adults. This isn't your typical small group. Come and meet these wonderful younger folks and offer to staff the sanctuary as a Sanctuaire, or the prayrer room for gentle reflective conversation and prayer.
